How to Submit Order:
It is very easy to submit order on APS website, there are 3 different options you can use:
1. Shopping Cart | : follow step by step to submit order by shopping cart |
2. Order Form | : best selection for customer familar with APS part no, application, and have more than 1 orders |
3. Batch Upload | : good for customer have order more than 4 orders, you can complete all input in 1 minute |
Log in: only APS distributors can place order at APS website. Please contact APS sales representative for .
1. Shopping Cart:
You can use following method to find right product you need.
(2) Click "Update Cart" to Remove or Add quantity, "Continue Shopping" to buy next item or "Checkout" to next page.
(3) Click "Checkout", confirm shipping address, confirm or select shipping method ( APS website only show UPS Ground shipping cost, for other shipping method cost, please call APS representative ), and click "Continue" to next page.
(4) Order confirmation
(1) Fill PO#, Part # and Quantity you want to buy
(2) If shipping address is same as your company, click "use my address", if shipping address is 3rd party or your customer's address, please fill the attention Name and address, phone number, note below.
(3) You can use state drop down list to select the state, select "Submit Form"
(4) Order confirm page: Please confirm if everything is correct. Default shipping method is " UPS Ground"
(5) Orders have been submitted successfully
(1) Download csv format from APS website. Open with Microsoft Excel, and fill required information in csv file.
(2) Click Browse, find and select the csv file, and click "Open", then "Upload"
(3) Check if every detail uploaded correct, click "Confirm Order" if no mistake found
